The most well maintained apartment, so clean & neat. Easy to access with proper proof to stay in . And the security is well maintained all over the building. Very spacious parking facility, gym, indoor games, swimming pool, reading room , everything are well maintained with perfect maintenance. This place has made our trip a great experience and a memorable one .

Great place. Very modern and well kept, however, the security within the building asked us to check in almost every time we passed by despite the fact that we stayed there for 9 days. On the day of checking out at 3.00pm, we wanted to spend an hour in the common area because our flight was at around 7.00pm but we were not allowed to stay in the yard. We even had to wait for taxi behind the gates with all our luggage because we don't leave there any more. It was absolutely ridiculous especially taking into consideration the fact that we paid around 30,000 rupees for 9 days.

Good space to live. Rooms have a TV, Fridge, washing machine, AC in all rooms. The only issue is that security always asks you to make an entry. They need to give us a pass for the duration we stay.

Very well maintained society, lots of parking space. Good lifts and very clean. Good layout and landscaping. Security is good. Mobile networks are low here so need wifi. They have residences as well as flats used as guest house and service apartments.

This housing society is an absolute delight! It offers a luxurious experience akin to a 5-star hotel. From the spacious swimming pool and the incredible infinity terrace pool to the fantastic poolside dining and bar area, every aspect is designed to provide utmost relaxation and enjoyment. The club house is well-equipped with amenities like a gym, snooker and pool tables, and even carrom. The abundance of greenery adds to the serenity, and safety and security are given top priority. Highly recommended for a truly indulgent and secure living experience.

Good project by Tata. This is an upcoming area already seen price appreciation of 50%-100%. Lots of property appreciation due to BITS Pilani and other key academic and infrastructures adjacent to Provident Adora de Goa.

The apartment is nice but we were not provided with any toiletries. The caretaker won't take our calls when we actually needed help. The apartment is cozy but it's extremely far from every possible tourist place, we literally had to drive for 1.5 hrs just to reach a good beach or restaurant. The society is really clean with good security but the traveling for minor things was very inconvenient.

The rooms were well maintained, absolutely clean and hygienic. Fully furnished room with all amenities including toiletries. The huge glass windows bring you closer to nature and let you feel outside vibes. Mr. Yogesh is a welcoming host and polite. Excellent place to spend a couple of days relaxing amidst a calm and peaceful environment.
